The Inn at Tyler Hill, is a throwback to a simpler time that blends the classic with the modern amenities, allowing our guests to slow down, unwind, relax and refresh while enjoying the peace and quiet of our beautiful countryside farm. Barn Suites

Our converted barn features six, two-story lofts suites blending modern luxuries in the unique setting of a former, working farm. Each suite features a king bed, a separate sitting area with full size pull-out couch and spacious, well-equipped bathrooms. Smart TVs, complimentary WiFi, Frette linens and Malin and Goetz  bath essentials make your stay even more comfortable. Policies

CHECK IN/CHECKOUT

Check-in begins at 3:00PM. Checkout is at 11:00AM. The Inn will make every effort to personalize your stay if an alternative time of arrival or departure is required.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Full payment will be charged at the time of the booking to guarantee your room. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file at check out. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance, please present it at check in.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival can be fully refunded less the $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days the guest will be charged the total price. All fees are subject to tax.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Inn. Should you choose to smoke in your room a 250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. Smoking is permitted on the porches of the Inn and on the grounds.  Please make sure to clean up after yourself and be courteous around guests who may not favor smoking.

PET POLICY

The Inn at Tyler Hill welcomes cats and dogs.  Please advise the front desk when making a reservation if you will be bringing an animal so we may prepare for arrival accordingly. A $50 + tax pet fee will be added per stay. Pets are allowed in the Barn Suites ONLY!

RATES, RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Rates are confirmed in USD. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversion or foreign charge fees by the bank or credit card company, which are not within the Inn’s control.

All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labeled as such, you cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes.

Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night. Room capacity should not exceed that listed for each room and will incur a $100 fee a night ( plus applicable taxes) if maximums are exceeded.

FEES, TAXES & SERIVCE

A 3% Wayne County Hotel Tax as well as a 6% Pennsylvania Hotel Occupancy Tax will be automatically added.
